You may submit an experience without providing your name, phone number, email address, or unit number. Every contact field in the questionnaire is optional.

Submissions do not automatically appear publicly. Residents must separately consent before their story or identifying information is publicly displayed.

Submissions are stored securely and are visible only to a small number of administrators for this project. Uploaded files are kept in private storage.
